Congratulations to Becky Rom on her Retirement

As of March 31, 2012, Becky Rom has retired from the Twin Cities Community Land Bank.  The staff and board thank her for her tremendous contributions to the community development and affordable housing fields.  While the Search Committee is working to name Becky’s successor, Margo Geffen has been appointed Interim President.

REOMatch is Live

TCC Land Bank is pleased to begin utilizing the National Community Stabilization Trusts’s REOMatch for property acquisition.  REOMatch is a web-based property mapping and acquisition tool used exclusively by NCST’s Community Coordinators, such as TCC Land Bank.  All TCC Land Bank approved developers have access to this tool, streamlining the property transaction process.  Learn more >>
